We help entrepreneurs, startups, and investors from around the world connect and scale their work through our technology platform! We’re ready to scale our marketing and communications to continue our steady growth by generating in-house content and PR, developing our marketing campaigns, and growing our social media presence.

The steps we take towards the world we dream of are currently far too small and time is of the essence. We are therefore looking for a skilled team member with a background in journalism and/or marketing who wants to help develop our suite of content and communications.

Are you passionate about veganism, food-tech, alternative protein, entrepreneurship, impact driven business, and sustainability? We’re looking for you!

You will play a key role in supporting the Vevolution team as they continue to adapt and grow as an organization. Primarily, you will conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, delivering primarily internal, but also external writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers, manage our social media, and generally boost our brand awareness.

 Responsibilities

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) like funding, launching and scaling a start-up, running a plant-based business, plant-based press releases, & developing regular press release content.
• Content creation will be 75% internal and 25% external industry focused PR.
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services (fundraising tool, jobs platform, peer to peer learning community)
• Prepare well-structured drafts
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication, and submit work to team for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update & manage Vevolution website content
• Create new social graphics, templates, and creatively inspire our audience

 Qualifications and Details

• Seeking mission-aligned talent, with a strong passion for the plant-based industry and lifestyle.
• Experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, Marketing Coordinator or similar role
• Experience managing social media is preferred, but not required.
• Portfolio of published work
• Understanding and communicating Vevolution’s goals
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Seeking recent graduates. Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications or related field.
• Self-motivation; ability to work both independently and as a team player. Sharp attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Vegan, plant-based, and veg-curious applicants encouraged to apply
• Experience with SEO a plus
• Experience with Social Media Management a plus
• 24 hours per week
• Remote/In-Person Hybrid Role
• Candidates in Denver, Colorado metropolitan strongly preferred.
• $1500 per month, part-time role starting, after 3 month will review for 12 month contract
