Head of Sales
"A master in the art of living draws no distinction between their work and leisure."
THE ROLE
This is an exciting time to be joining our business as we embark on a period of significant growth and international expansion, targeting 3 core markets over the next 18 months.
The successful applicant will help to lead this growth and the role will encompass the development of the strategy and leading the growth in these 3 markets directly with our customers and our local distribution partners.
On completion of our pre-Series A early 2022 we’re adding two additional senior hires into our team. This coincides with the launch of our new industry defining bean and pulse based range this January which will make us the first plant-based cheese company to do so.
This puts us at a big advantage to the rest of the market which is primarily based on fats and nuts. Our new bean and pulse base will lower our emissions (our Greek White produces 9 times less CO2 than a dairy cheese), retain a high fibre and protein content, give us a clean label with no allergens and from next year start to grow part of our supply chain here in the Netherlands.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a high-level sales role in a previous food and/or beverage business, preferably in the plant-based or dairy space with a strong network in the industry.
You believe in Willicroft’s mission and core values and tackle problems with solutions
