Production Planner SAP Key User (Full time)

About Us: Rebellyous Foods is an early-stage, plant-based food start-up. As a food production and manufacturing technology company, we are working to substantially increase the volume and lower the price of specific, high-quality plant-based meat products to effectively serve the market and replace animal-based meat on a large scale.
Rebellyous Foods is seeking a full-time conscientious, flexible, and detail-oriented Production Planner/SAP Key User who can help ensure accuracy and timeliness of the production process. SAP expertise with knowledge/experience with BusinessOne and FoodOne is highly preferred. Duties include a specific focus on the materials and goods required in the production phase, ensuring the working space is properly maintained in order to have optimal performance. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the production manager to schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels.
- Ability to plan for multiple product lines as well as production sites.
- Use SAP to plan production orders as well as update production records in SAP in a timely manner.
- Act as SAP subject matter expert for the production, supply chain and inventory teams
- Resolve discrepancies in SAP by collaborating with the inventory and production supervisor.
- Support inventory team with material planning.
- Understand operations processes in depth, identify gaps in SAP reporting, suggest improvements and ways of optimizing the existing reports to benefit production planning and visibility.
- Lead SAP project implementation as it relates to manufacturing, logistics and reporting
- Identify and resolve problems relating to inventory in SAP
- Produce SAP reports based on findings and performance of production
- Manage deadlines based on project expectations
- Assist with production, supply chain and inventory team as necessary
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with ERP systems essential; 2+ years of experience in SAP highly preferred
- Experience and/or strong understanding with Business One and Food One (SAP) highly preferred
- Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) highly preferred
- Experience in implementation of ERP systems preferred
- Be able to compile realistic and detailed production schedules
- Be numerate and have planning and analytical skills
- Fast learner
- Proficiency in MS excel
- Prior experience as a production planner in the industry preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Must be solution oriented and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and diligent
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with changing goalposts
- Strong regard for product quality and safety standards
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
