Operations Manager

We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join our growing team in the cellular agriculture field.

This role will work across strategy and operations and requires someone who likes a challenge, is flexible and adapts quickly.

You will work closely with the leadership team to help bring the business strategy to life. This role will interface with internal and external collaborators to advance the company’s interests as we scale up the business from a bench scale.

Your Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses responsibilities that cut across strategy and operations:

● You will lead cross-functional projects throughout the organization that can be related to Strategy, R&D, Scale-up, Regulations and/or Marketing

● Identify areas for improvement across the company (processes, structures, etc) and use data-driven approaches to improve their efficiency and effectiveness

● Support our CFO with long-term planning, fundraising, regulatory strategies and other “special projects” as the need arises

● Embody the company’s purpose, values and cultural ethos

Skills And Experience

● 2+ years of experience working on strategy and operations projects at a high-growth startup, in management consulting, or in a similar, fast-paced corporate

● Self-starter who can work independently

● Data-driven with the ability to think strategically and drive to execution

● Experience with cross-functional project management, with strong interpersonal skills

● A team player who engages easily with both internal teams and external collaborators and has the desire to help build a diverse, collaborative, and kind work environment

● Solution-orientated and maintains flexible and adaptive approaches to advance the company’s interests in a pre-commercialization environment

● Strong organizational skills to prioritize and deliver against timelines and competing priorities. - project management that builds onto this point
