Digital Lead

We are looking for a highly-motivated, passionate, experienced and organised digital marketeer to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key traction channel within a small team - you’ll be a key member of an exciting DTC business, with the opportunity to create real and driving impact in a growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Defining the plan across all digital channels and implementing processes for the team.
SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates.
Setting annual targets and implementing necessary reporting systems.
Taking an agile yet methodical approach to unlock new opportunities.
Identifying opportunities and establishing business cases for digital channels not yet in use.
Full ownership of the digital marketing budget.
Managing one direct report and building out the team both in-house and with brilliant freelancers.
Working closely with the senior leadership team including CMO & CTO.
Working closely with the CTO on website development projects.
Highly desirable

Start-up experience within food & beverage, or parenting space.
