We are looking for an exceptional individual with experience in operations, who can work with the business Founder to ensure smooth supply chain for their delicious plant-based products.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the daily inventory, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
  • You will raise import/export documentation.
  • You will build strong relationships with all stakeholders throughout the supply chain.
  • You will be constantly thinking of improvement processes to maximise efficiency across the supply chain.
  • You will coordinate the supply chain finances (incl. COGs, freight and logistics).

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience within operations
  • The energy and self-motivation to work from home for a fast-growing business
  • Hugely efficient, great multitasking and organisational ability
  • A flexible, can do, friendly attitude with the willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Experience working with suppliers in European markets (desirable)
  • Have an interest in plant-based foods
