We are looking for a talented and ambitious Business Development Manager to play a fundamental role in achieving the company’s ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for the business development strategy, identifying new opportunities and generating new leads. You should have an entrepreneurial drive and mindset, high ambition and the ability to work independently and across teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of defining, implementing and executing a go-to-market strategy for the company
  • Set ambitious targets and track overall progress and provide detailed status reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Actively explore and evaluate new market opportunities to achieve the company’s key growth targets
  • Constantly drive new business development efforts and build a pipeline of potential customers and business partners
  • Negotiate and close commercial deals and partnership agreements
  • Maintain strong relationships with our strategic partners and potential customers

Must-Have:

  • A bachelor degree in Business or related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
  • Fluency in English & Spanish, (additional European languages a plus)
  • 3-5 years professional experience in partnerships, sales, business development or key account management industry with a proven track record of success in diverse market channels
  • Demonstrated success in building business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong sales acumen, negotiations and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced growing start-up environment
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on commercial experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
