Passion Placement is seeking a commission-based Sales Representative to sell memberships to mission-aligned employers for posting jobs, consulting and marketing services offered through their recruiting and employment platform. We are looking for a motivated individual who is seeking the opportunity and the independence of being their own boss as part of a talented and experienced team, committed to taking animals out of the supply chain.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell job posting memberships and other services to mission-aligned employers 
  • Conduct zoom sales meetings and other presentations 
  • Find leads, develop clients using sales skills such as cold calling, email,  google &  linkedIn searches
  • Develop/ refine scripts for communicating value to target markets
  • Approach job development managers and achieve mutually agreed upon sales targets
  • Apply, Develop and maintain relationships within the alternative protein and sustainability space.
  • Assist new clients as needed - create or arrange for company profile setup to help close as needed
  • Maintain a work schedule that delivers results and provide timely follow up on all activities 
  • Participate in weekly team strategy meetings: results, issues and ideas for new and repeat sales 
  • Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends to improve skills and opportunity
  • Monitor competitors for ideas, risks and  changes that could impact business
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience, 2+ years in similar sales role(s)
  • Outgoing and warm personality with a desire to serve others
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Commitment to Passion Placement’s mission 
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Self-confident with a  team spirit
  • Prioritization, time management and organizational skills
  • Be open to positive feedback and coaching
  • Social media skills are helpful but not required
  • Experience using Google Drive is a plus
