Finance Assistant

You will be a crucial team player on the finance team and will take part in this revolution by managing the treasury area (monitoring of bank movements and positions), by supporting and improving the closing and control processes, and by actively participating in developing the FP&A and reporting area.
The finance team has great visibility over all departments in terms of numbers and movements, which will allow you to go the extra mile and detect process improvements and make critical suggestions. Your contributions can truly have a big impact!
Your challenge:
Treasury
- Daily updating and monitoring of bank movements and balances in the system.
- Management of charges and payments (remittances / promissory notes).
- Support on maintaining and developing treasury software.
- Support on preparing the cash flow and other reports required by the Head of Treasury and/or the CFO.
- Identification of opportunities through the control of financial products and available balances.
Closing & Control
- Support for the Accounting Department:
- System updates and control of debt schedules. - Recording of interest and loan repayments.
- Bank reconciliation with the accounting department. - Reviewing and identifying reconciliation items at the end of the month.
- Assistance with defining, implementing, and monitoring key processes at the organization related to Finance.
- Support on auditing and due diligence processes.
- Management and control of internal representation, travel expenses, and intercompany balances between group companies.
FP&A
- Assistance with building a mid- and long-term strategy, preparing financial and cash flow plans, and generating forecasts and management reports that are regularly reported to the management team and investors.
- Monthly reporting of the company’s KPIs.

⦁ You have rocked in a Treasury & Administration position for 2+ years.
⦁ Some experience in business modelling is a plus!
⦁ You get great pleasure out of putting things in order, being accurate, and paying attention to detail, as well as optimizing and prioritizing processes.
⦁ Fluent communication is in your blood, and you understand that the way to achieve it is through empathy, listening, and great interpersonal relationships at all levels.
⦁ You thrive on challenges that involve analysis and problem-solving skills.
⦁ You feel comfortable working with Advanced Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) and have Google Tools skills. Knowledge of Odoo is a plus!
⦁ You communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
⦁ You have a growth and “do it WOW!" mindset.
⦁ You are a good rebel, but humble.
