We're excited to hire an early member of our kitchen team, helping to build our company culture as we grow.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality - brunch & evening small plates
Managing and training team members working with you.
Helping our team to develop new dishes and menus.
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Assisting with the ordering and stock control.

A passion for plant-based cuisine and a creative flair is desirable.

40 - 45 hours a week.


Relevant qualifications:
The 14-19 Hospitality & Catering diploma
City & Guilds diplomas in professional cookery
BTEC HND in professional cookery
A foundation degree in culinary arts
Any health and safety and food hygiene courses
