You will contribute to this mission by developing and executing the channel strategy for our emerging markets and finding new opportunities in stores to impact shoppers along the path of purchase. You will play a key role in building the new category vision which should show and demonstrate to the clients the growth potential of the category in the near future.



Your challenge:

Being visionary-
Status quo is not enough: in order to build something better we have to imagine the right future and build a structure that brings us there. You will have a key role to picture the future of the category and shape the present from there, not the way around. You will have to adapt the company vision into concrete plans and actions for the markets under your responsibility.


Act as a hinge-
You will have one of the most strategic roles within the organization. You have to integrate the market trends, consumer insights and clients needs into a category plan that turns Heura into a market leader. Teamwork and understanding of different needs will be paramount.


Lead the category globally-
We feel that our holistic approach is crucial to develop the category faster and further. Therefore, our clients have to trust us to initiate this transforming journey. They have to see us as the leader in this category. We have to build always from common interest and we will never consider a sales win-lose framework. For that, it’s very important to be constantly updated with the category as a whole.



First year outcomes:

⦁ Category vision: Adapt for the markets under your responsibility the strategic vision of the meat substitutes category for the next 4 years.
⦁ Assortment definition and prioritization per market, channel and client
⦁ Distribution targets set up
⦁ Promo guidelines definition per market and subchannel
⦁ Loyalty promo guidelines definition per market and subchannel
⦁ Activation plan development per market and top areas
⦁ Monthly sell out analysis
⦁ Trade stories adaptation from brand plans
⦁ Planogram execution guidelines
⦁ Field sales force targeted plans development
⦁ Top customers annual business plan
⦁ Path of purchase definition


You will rock at this role if:

⦁ More than anything else, you care about our mission, and you see it as a “personal” problem to be solved professionally.
⦁ You have thrived in a Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales role in the food industry for +2 years.
⦁ Strategic, analytical and ambitious person who is not afraid to break the current category rules.
⦁ You get an adrenaline rush in ever-changing structure, operating in grey areas which have not been assigned to a particular department.
⦁ You are a curious, innovative teamplayer who thinks outside of the box and is perfectly fine with co-ownership.
⦁ You anticipate the opportunities and challenges and make things happen today, not tomorrow.
⦁ You have a cross view of actions and think at the whole company level, taking into account the impact, cost and advantage of every decision.
⦁ Growth and “do it WOW!" mindset.
⦁ Good rebel, but humble.
⦁ You are fluent in both English and French/Italian.
