Global Account Manager - Italy / France

As a Global Account Manager, you will take part in this revolution by launching the brand and developing winning plans in key markets, with a special focus in Italy. You will develop the sales strategy per customer in alignment with Heura’s strategic objectives and manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis.
Your challenge:
⦁ Consolidate Heura as the main partner of the category for each client through a good win-win relationship that turns us into the category captain for each one of them. It’s crucial that you develop a long term partnership with the key people of each key account.
⦁ Achieve strategic objectives per client by understanding the role that every customer plays in the channel, managing the promotional strategy and execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization) per customer.
⦁ Manage customer negotiations in relation to Heura’s commercial strategy and the customers trading terms.
⦁ Forecast and track the key account performance, creating financial projections for internal planning and commercial proposals.
⦁ Have a close cross functional interaction with Trade Marketing, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and IS.
⦁ Perform administrative tasks related to commercial management: handling charges, pricing, etc.

⦁ You have thrived managing top FMCG accounts for +5.
⦁ You have rocked managing global accounts in global sales teams, and you also have some experience in trade marketing positions.
⦁ You have knowledge of the Italian or French retail markets.
⦁ Negotiation is in your blood, and you understand the way to go is by building long-term relationships.
⦁ You thrive on business-focused challenges that involve analysis and financial skills.
⦁ You are a result and performance oriented person with a strong consumer centric thinking.
⦁ You love being an activator and bring great leadership skills to push key projects in order to drive targeted results.
⦁ You enjoy the adrenaline of ever-changing structure and show flexibility by operating in grey areas which have not been assigned to a particular department.
⦁ You are fluent in Italian/French and English.
