Operations Manager

We’re on a quest to find an energetic and innovative Operations Manager to join our dynamically growing team. You will be responsible for managing the logistics and operations of an exciting newly launched, mission-driven chocolate start-up where no two days are the same.

Reporting to our HQ in Edinburgh or working remotely, you will manage the back-end of a newly-launched plant-based chocolate brand. You will be responsible for the smooth run of logistics, e-commerce, and day-to-day projects across a variety of platforms. You’ll be liaising with our warehouse, customer service, as well as Senior Account Manager to make sure both DTC and wholesale orders are fulfilled and delivered to the best possible standards.

Your tasks will include:
- Managing logistics of wholesale orders
- Keeping an eye on inventory
- Raising invoices
- Building internal databases
- Ordering of marketing materials (eg. inserts, merch, etc)
- Liaising with our warehouse
- Project management
- Arranging deliveries
- Managing webshop

You MUST have:
- 3+ years experience of operations / logistics
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Passion for working in a mission-driven start-up
- Enthusiasm for health foods/snacks/chocolate/plant-based lifestyle
- Understanding of what it takes to deliver outstanding customer service
- Great organisational skills
- A bright and clear communication style
- Pride in what you do
- Great attention to detail
- The effort to go the extra mile
