As a part of our business development team, you’ll work with us towards increasing our impact and wowing both b2b partners and consumers.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (f/m/d) to join our team for this newly created position.
As Business Development Manager you’ll explore new channels, markets and business segments and implement your ideas for both our brands betterfish and Nordic Oceanfruit. You’ll be working hand in hand with our marketing experts to achieve these goals. Together with you we want to make seaweed-products available and affordable for everybody. Join us on our adventure to build an alternative to fishery!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- a clever mind who is confident to identify and establish new revenue streams for innovative plant-based seafood 🚀
- a people person who is experienced in working with retail, food service, e-commerce and production partners
- gut-feeling and persistence in customer acquisition and stakeholder management
- a business development manager who drives our growth in Europe and simultaneously enables us to reach the strongest positive impact on our oceans.🌊
- a doer who can work through complex topics and helps us make better data-based decisions
YOU…
- are a food nerd with at least 3 years of experience in growth and international customer acquisition and retention
- enjoy motivating a diverse audience with our delicious products and independently negotiating deals
- have proven experience with digital tools of your choice and know which processes to automate
- feel at home in a high growth environment, seek unconventional ways to sell our seaweed-innovations and have a knack for pragmatic and quick solutions
- play as a team - leading a team and knowing when/what/how to delegate is your core strength
- are fluent in English (C1), German is a plus
- love good food and can’t stop talking about it
