Marketing Manager + Customer Success

Responsibilities:
Engaging community on social media channels and in email marketing
- Managing social media calendars & campaigns
- Mapping and tracking touch points
- Creative execution
- Managing email marketing flows & strategy
Run regular customer check ins
- Goal of connecting with at least 5 individual customers per month
- Designing "surprise & delight" opportunities
- Being a warm touchpoint for our brand, and learning about our customers to help us better target and evolve
Account Management
- Help execute in store launches and managing educational marketing at the store level
- Campaigns around store launches/developing regular SOPs for launches
- Co-creating a playbook for in-store success with our founder and executing for all new accounts (connecting with store managers or buyers, sending educational materials, serving as the brand steward and touchpoint)
- support with promotions and other marketing efforts at the retail level for direct wholesale customers and independent accounts
- Generating in-store influencer initiatives
- Metrics and measurement on a monthly and post-campaign basis
Influencer relationship management and activation
Executing customer exclusives + D2C experiences
- Helping with holiday initiatives, introducing merch, and curating featured boxes or brand collaborations
Monitoring and evaluating sampling opportunities
Details of the role:
- Remote & flexible hours (with occasional time sensitive deliverables)
- Approximately 25 hours / week, hourly pay.
- Experience in CPG a plus, but it could also be ideal for a recent marketing graduate or MBA student, looking to gain experience, apply skills, and line up a full time role upon graduation/within the year. Our goal is that the right fit will shift into a full time Marketing & Customer -
- Success management role within 6 months.
- Reports directly and works closely with Founder/CEO
- Weekly check-in meetings and monthly strategy sessions
