Our food is made from scratch, it's fresh and healthy with global flavours. We follow sustainable practices which we require our team to uphold.

The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable working alone and as part of a team, being able to run the kitchen pass when needed.

You will be required to do a daily stock take, follow recipes and presentation guidelines, upholding high standards at all times.

The ability to show initiative and be forward thinking is important to help support the team and fellow chefs as best you can.

Must have Health & Hygiene level 2.
