Set up by a complimentary blend of food chemists, data scientists and seasoned entrepreneurs, the company was officially formed in May 2019.
The team wants to evolve food culture by infusing old world flavours into new food product options, encouraging a way of eating that positively impacts the environment, elevates human health and improves animal welfare globally.
