About You: We’re looking for a talented and competitive salesperson who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills combined with grit and persistence will be critical to success. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating multiple emails and working with channel partners to create interest, source and qualify prospects, close sales, and manage account relationships.

Position Overview: Inside Sales Representative reports to the VP Sales and will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role is focused primarily on the independent foodservice channel (e.g., ice cream shops, coffee shops, restaurants) and includes ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting and business development through sales and post-sales account management. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly goals by opening new accounts and maintaining/growing current accounts
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up
- Maintain a full understanding of Revolution Gelato’s product line, capabilities, and customer profile
- Understand customer needs and requirements and how to fulfill those needs
- Keep records of contacts and notes
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects and pipeline of opportunities

Qualifications:
- 2 years previous sales experience – food industry experience is a plus
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales goals
- Strong phone and email presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity tools including MS Office and G-Suite and able to learn new tools quickly
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Location | Remote
- Compensation | $45,000 on-target earnings plus bonus, blend of base and commission, no cap on commissions. Lots of room to grow.
